A simple hair-care packing list for trips in Malaysia
Pack the routine you will actually do, with the directions still readable.
For the Dr. M pair, the sequence away from home is the same as at home: wash, rinse, towel-dry, apply the tonic in sections, massage and leave it in. If you only use the shampoo, pack that wash. A smaller familiar routine is easier to keep than a new set bought for the trip.
Keep the labelled bottle so you can read the directions, precautions and batch details. Close it as designed. If you are flying, check the current liquid rules with the airline and the airport. Do not rely on a rule you remember from another trip. Follow the product’s storage instructions.
- The shampoo, and the leave-in product only if you will use it.
- Your usual comb and comfortable ties.
- A clean towel if the place you are staying may not have one you want to use.
- A pouch, in case a bottle leaks.
- The directions, especially if you use more than one product.
Walk-in stock has been listed at The Starling Mall in Petaling Jaya, KL Gateway Mall, Penang and Sibu. Postage is also available in Malaysia. Confirm stock or delivery before you change your plans. For a short trip, checking the bottles before you leave is often the useful step.
